About
The Founding General Secretary of Parbat Samaj, Mr. Karki, has been working in the accounting profession for the past 15 years. He completed his studies up to Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Master of Commerce (M.Com) in New Delhi, India. Mr. Karki has been serving as an expert consultant to various governmental and non-governmental organizations in Nepal and abroad.
He is the Founding President of the “Nepal Taxpayers Society,” an organization established to advocate and lobby for taxpayers’ rights and to conduct tax literacy campaigns. Under his leadership, Nepal’s first-ever Tax Calendar has been successfully published.
In addition, Mr. Karki has served as a Former Central Committee Member and Founding Valley Special Province Chief of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Association. He has also served as the President of Lions Club of Kathmandu Family and is currently serving as the Region Chairperson of Lions District 325 J, Nepal.
Beyond his professional career, Mr. Karki is actively involved in various business ventures. Academically accomplished from an early age, he completed his education up to Grade 5 at Bhagwati Primary School and up to Grade 10 at Khaulalankuri Secondary School. After completing I.Com from Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara, he traveled to Kathmandu and later to Delhi to pursue his Chartered Accountancy studies.
Actively engaged in social and professional work through various organizations, Mr. Karki is currently pursuing an EMBA.
