Notice Regarding the First Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Election
As per the decision of the Executive Committee meeting of Parbat Samaj held on 18/09/2082 (B.S.), this notice is hereby published to inform all respected members that the First Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Election of Parbat Samaj will be conducted on the date, time, and venue mentioned below. All members are cordially requested to attend and actively participate in the meeting.
Agenda for Discussion and Decision:
- Discussion and approval of the annual report presented by the President on behalf of the Executive Committee.
- Discussion and approval of the audited financial statements, including the audit report for the fiscal year 2081/2082.
- Appointment of an auditor and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/2083.
- Election of the first Executive Committee of Parbat Samaj.
- Miscellaneous.

Notes:
a) Only individuals who have obtained membership of Parbat Samaj shall be eligible to participate in the First Annual General Meeting. Membership must have been obtained by 18/09/2082.
b) All election-related procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the constitution of Parbat Samaj.
c) For further information, members are requested to contact the office of Parbat Samaj, Bagbazar, Kathmandu.
